Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement with Elite Westland Concrete ("we," "our," or "us") for residential and commercial concrete services. By using concretewestland.com or requesting services from us, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at info@concretewestland.com.
By accessing this Site or requesting services from Elite Westland Concrete, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted to this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Elite Westland Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services, including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, stamped and decorative concrete, sidewalk construction, garage floors, retaining walls, steps, foundations, footings, and concrete cutting. Services are provided in Westland, MI and surrounding communities.
The scope of work for each project is defined in a written estimate or proposal provided to the customer before work begins. Services not described in that document are outside the agreed scope and may be subject to additional charges.
All estimates provided by Elite Westland Concrete are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed in writing to proceed.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit - for example, if underground obstructions are discovered during excavation, if soil conditions require additional base preparation, or if the scope of work is modified at the customer's request. We will notify you of any cost changes before proceeding with additional work.
All prices are in US dollars. Taxes, permit fees, and other government-required costs are separate from our labor and materials pricing unless explicitly included in a written quote.
Project start dates are scheduled based on permit approval, weather conditions, and crew availability. We will confirm your start date in advance and provide notice if scheduling changes are necessary. Concrete work is weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to reschedule due to conditions that would negatively affect the quality of the finished work.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or permits have been pulled may be subject to fees covering those direct costs. We will communicate any such fees in writing before they are applied.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline a project at any time prior to the start of work if site conditions, access, or other factors make it impractical or unsafe to proceed.
Payment terms are outlined in each written estimate or agreement. Typical projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules are stated in the written agreement for your project.
Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your written agreement. Overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Michigan law. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work on projects with outstanding overdue balances.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate. In the event of non-payment, we reserve all rights available under Michigan law, including the right to file a contractor's lien on the property where work was performed.
Where required by local ordinance, we will obtain the necessary permits before work begins. Permit costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the written estimate. We will coordinate any required inspections as part of the permitted work process. Customers must not request or encourage us to perform work without required permits.
Before work begins, you are responsible for:
Delays or additional costs resulting from conditions not disclosed before work began are the customer's responsibility.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
